Dr Manoj Bhatt is the Chairman of - Executive Board, of the Muskaan Foundation for Road Safety. The retired  IPS Director General of Police, Rajasthan demonstrated exemplary leadership in maintaining law and order. Additionally, as the  Director of the Centre for Road Safety at Sardar Patel University of Police, he made significant contributions to road safety initiatives which remain close to his heart. Alongside Road Safety he spearheads other social causes too.

As a prominent Neurosurgeon he is honored with numerous national and international awards, He holds prominent positions in renowned organizations like WFNS and AANS, making him one of Asia's distinguished Neurosurgeons. His dedication extends to public health and awareness initiatives, including  Road Safety Awareness programs in Rajasthan. His knowledge of Neural surgery adds a crucial dimension to the analysis of accidents.

He serves as a consultant to the Government of Rajasthan at the State Directorate of Revenue Intelligence. With extensive experience collaborating with various government departments, particularly the Transport Department, he brings valuable expertise to his role.

Aditya Jain is an Advocate-on-Record at the Supreme Court of India and a partner at J & G Advocate. Since graduating from Gujarat National Law University, Gandhinagar, in 2013, he has been actively practicing law, primarily in the Supreme Court and Rajasthan High Court. His expertise spans commercial arbitration, white-collar crimes, real estate, and healthcare law. Additionally, he has had the privilege of presenting research papers at various conferences on topics such as arbitration and environmental law. Over the past seven years, Aditya has handled a wide range of cases and has filed several Public Interest Litigations (PILs) before the Rajasthan High Court and Supreme Court on issues like road safety, environmental law, and child rights. He is also closely associated with the Muskaan Foundation for Road Safety, where he plays a vital role in advancing its mission.

She has been practicing since the year 2006 on Civil, Constitutional, Intellectual Property Laws, Family Laws, Land Acquisition, Arbitration, Banking & Finance, Corporate, Railways, Consumers, Property Matters including landlord-tenant disputes, Negotiable instruments, etc., and has been regularly appearing before difference Courts and Tribunals across the State of Rajasthan. After the Designation of Mr. Sudhanshu Kasliwal as a Senior Advocate, she has been handling his practice while maintaining and growing the Clientele ever since. She continues to be an exemplary custodian for her family's philanthropic legacy.

Throughout his illustrious career, he held pivotal positions in the domain of law and order. His vast experience and commendable service provide valuable insights into the realm of law enforcement vis a vis road safety. As a respected figure in the law enforcement community, he enjoys good connectivity with the cadre.

With 36 years of extensive experience across various roles, from Junior Engineer to Director of Engineering, he has successfully executed numerous urban infrastructure projects. His expertise spans urban transport, housing for the urban poor, urban roads, flyovers, elevated roads, ROBs (Railway Over Bridges), RUBs (Railway Under Bridges), and sewerage systems, contributing significantly to urban development.

Equipped with a prestigious Degree in Trauma Surgery and Critical Care from AIIMS, New Delhi, he is passionately concerned about road crash trauma victims. He has consistently demonstrated exceptional care and dedication in providing life-saving treatment and support. His relentless efforts have saved numerous lives and significantly contributed to improving the outcome for those affected by road accidents.
