After being a successful businessman, he has devoted himself to the fulfilling path of societal commitment. As an avid theatre activist and organizer, he could contribute to using cultural tools in community initiatives and craft impactful content for awareness campaigns. Moreover, his engagement in the political sphere in Rajasthan uniquely equipped him with strategic insights, bolstering the organization's networking strategy. The amalgamation of his diverse experience has empowered him to make meaningful contributions, driving the organization forward.

Sandeep Sethi

Educationist, Co-Founder & Trustee

As an innovative Educationist, Co-Founder & Trustee of the Muskaan Foundation for Road Safety, he is a revered educationist with a wide network of schools and educators. Being one of the founding members of the NGO, he played a crucial role in shaping the NGO's age-specific road safety school curriculum, meticulously designed for implementation in schools. His insights have significantly contributed to sustaining the road safety school education programs of the NGO. With his years of work with the Central Board of Secondary Education New Delhi as an Education Officer and currently his current position as Director (Education) at Maharaja Sawai Mansingh II Museum Trust, he remains well connected to schools. His profound understanding of the education sphere has played a vital role in guiding the educational journeys of Muskaan's road safety education program.

Dr. Mridul Bhasin

Writer, Co-Founder & Trustee

Dr. Bhasin, a Fulbright scholar and accomplished freelance writer, is best known for her transformative conceptual work in the realm of road safety. Her journey is one of resilience and commitment, sparked by a personal tragedy. Beyond her remarkable journey in road safety, Dr. Bhasin has three books to her credit.

Shantanu Bhasin

Armed with a dual degree in Communication and Art Management from prestigious institutions like Symbiosis University, Pune, and City University London, he presents a dynamic fusion of communication and business management proficiency. As a trustee of the NGO, his qualification has significantly shaped its trajectory in societal mission infusing a unique blend of academic excellence and practical insight into its initiatives. His commitment to fostering excellence, coupled with his entrepreneurial acumen, consistently propels him toward achieving exceptional feats within the organization's endeavors.

Ramesh Kumar Paliwal

Founder - TAABAR NGO & Trustee

The change maker has a postgraduate degree in Sociology and Social Work along with a diploma from TISS. As the founder of TAABAR NGO, he works to rehabilitate runaway kids. He has contributed to state-level policy formation for destitute children, juvenile offenders, and child rights. His profound understanding of social dynamics and commitment to social welfare have paved the way for numerous transformative initiatives.

Dr. Manoj Bhatt

Chairman - Executive Board, Retd. IPS, Former Director General of Police, Rajasthan

Dr Manoj Bhatt is the Chairman of - Executive Board, of the Muskaan Foundation for Road Safety. The retired IPS Director General of Police, Rajasthan demonstrated exemplary leadership in maintaining law and order. Additionally, as the Director of the Centre for Road Safety at Sardar Patel University of Police, he made significant contributions to road safety initiatives which remain close to his heart. Alongside Road Safety he spearheads other social causes too.

Advocate on Records with Supreme Court of India and Executive Board Member, Muskaan Foundation for Road Safety

Aditya Jain is an Advocate-on-Record at the Supreme Court of India and a partner at J & G Advocate. Since graduating from Gujarat National Law University, Gandhinagar, in 2013, he has been actively practicing law, primarily in the Supreme Court and Rajasthan High Court. His expertise spans commercial arbitration, white-collar crimes, real estate, and healthcare law. Additionally, he has had the privilege of presenting research papers at various conferences on topics such as arbitration and environmental law.

Over the past seven years, Aditya has handled a wide range of cases and has filed several Public Interest Litigations (PILs) before the Rajasthan High Court and Supreme Court on issues like road safety, environmental law, and child rights. He is also closely associated with Muskaan Foundation for Road Safety, where he plays a vital role in advancing its mission.

Pooja evangelizes technology and data as gateways to enhance consumer experiences, by architecting new and innovative content experiences, business strategies, and lateral monetization models in the digital ecosystem. Over the past 12 years, she has been deeply committed to advancing road safety, focusing on the capacity development of police officers and other key stakeholders, implementing the Road Safety School Education Program, advocating for road safety policies, and leading extensive awareness campaigns. She is an accredited Road Safety Auditor by the Transportation Research & Injury Prevention Program (TRIPP) at the Indian Institute of Technology, New Delhi, Indian Road Congress and the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways, Government of India. She is also certified in Road Safety Management by the University of Birmingham and has completed a road safety engineering course at the Central Institute of Road Research (CIRT), Pune. Additionally, she is a Certified Alliance Advocate with the Global Alliance of NGOs for Road Safety, an international body operational in 72 countries. Her remarkable track record includes conducting numerous capacity-building workshops for stakeholders, including police, transport departments, road-owning authorities, and medical and health professionals. She has also developed educational and awareness modules aimed at fostering a culture of road safety. Briefly, she served as Deputy CEO of the International Road Federation - India Chapter and as a Consultant for the Transport and Road Safety Department, Government of Rajasthan. She has led many state-level projects across India, building and liaising with multilateral agencies to drive impactful change.
