Muskaan remains an important experience in my early life as I had been its part since its inception in year 1999. It truly personified synergy with a purpose. The opportunity of anchoring nukkad nataks, public gatherings and contests surely helped me hone my oratory and verbal skills. Several interactions with Traffic Police officials gave me a perspective about public functionaries at a very early stage in life. Muskaan shaped me into a responsible citizen and a confident professional. Best wishes to Muskaan family!

My work at muskaan made me to delve into complex issue of road safety. I learned the importance of life’s little things we take for granted & had a sense of content while adding value to the society on a whole.

I have been with Muskaan from the time it began, more as a reaction to the sheer unfairness and injustice that road accidents deliver to families for no fault of theirs'. While the origin, and the passion is personal, and the management is top-notch professional. I have seen this mini-movement evolve from a tiny we-must--do-something to a real force causing changes from driver training and licensing, to helmet compliance to involving school children as a force for good, to sensitising policy stakeholders to helping bring about the good samaritan law. It has been awarded at the highest level, but that is secondary, to the thousands of lives it has saved from the most unjust end. I feel proud Muskaan has allowed me to make a difference and wish it greater success and all the best.

It has been truly an amazing experience to work as volunteer with MUSKAAN since 2014. I had that zeal to do something different, do something good for the society but was not sure how to start it. The events, activities and day to day work I did here helped me a lot in my personal and professional development. The activities were so fun and satisfying especially the Road shows (Helmet and Seat belt angels) and World Remembrance Day, I came here alone but in a month we were a team of around fifty. What can be better than doing what we always wanted to do for social welfare while making new friends, enhancing our team building ability and communication skills. It was really nice working with Neha Ma'am, Ananya Ma'am, Rajesh Sir, Ganga ji Sir, Mridul ma'am and Shantanu Sir. The founder Pramod Sir is so humble and cheerful.

I have been associated with Muskaan for 6 years now. Working as a volunteer with the NGO when I was pursuing my graduation, I became a certified BLS Trainer. After participating in around 50 Road Safety campaigns, currently I get to lead them. As a trainer I was privileged to interact with Indian Army soldiers in Himachal Pradesh.   Road Safety has truly become a passion with me now. 

It was privilege to be associated with MUSKAAN who were dedicated to bring smiles to millions of families of all the people who were driving on roads of Jaipur. This was the first ever NGO in Jaipur who started working towards Road Safety and with all the volunteers they managed to educate almost all schools | colleges | corporates on Road Safety with different mediums like Nukad Natak | Songs | Interactive Games | It was indeed a pleasure working with Bhasin Aunty. I wish all the very best to entire team of Muskaan to bring smiles to entire India.

I was lucky to join Muskaan during my formative years as a young person. It helped me to develop deeper understanding of self and society. I could experience the interconnected and interdependent nature of human existence and social issues. I learnt conceptual, interpersonal and technical skills that enable me to grow in my career. And to crown it all, I have found some amazing friendships while doing all this. Thank you, Muskaan for shaping me into who I am.
