Road Safety Carnivals are a way to engage the youth in high numbers in road safety related creatives activities. In this initiative about 500 students busy themselves in one or the other creative activity depicting road safety. In this the Road Safety Clubs have a major role to play. It is organised in an open space where about 1000 students/youth can move around freely. The activities are theatre, quiz, face painting, photography depicting some aspect of road safety, Q&A session, songs, dance, poster making, slogan writing, road safety parade and school bands playing road safety or popular songs. As all the activities are done by youth there is lot of innovation and enthusiasm in the carnival. Muskaan team provides periferal assistance to the schools and their clubs.
